For Delivery/Pickup Items:
Furniture and fragile items are available for pickup and local delivery within Palm Beach county. Available pickup and delivery windows may be selected at checkout. After you place your order, our team will reach out to discuss accessibility and timing of delivery, so please be sure to provide your current phone number. Please call us at 561-331-3777 for delivery in neighboring counties.
Please carefully inspect items upon pickup or delivery. Please note that Pure will not be responsible for any damage incurred after pickup or delivery.
For Shipped Items:
In-stock merchandise will be processed within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times do not include processing time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Merchandise will be delivered via UPS standard ground transportation. Express delivery may be requested for an additional charge. A physical street address is required for delivery -- we do not ship to PO Boxes.
