Please note: all furniture is final sale.
For Pickup/Delivery Items:
Should you choose to return an item, you must notify Pure (561-331-3777) within 48 hours of the delivery or pickup of the item. Upon request, Pure can arrange for a local pickup of the item at the customer's expense. Customer must inspect items upon initial delivery or pickup. Pure will not be responsible for any damage incurred after delivery or pickup. All items must be returned to Pure in the condition in which they were delivered. Please note: all furniture is final sale.
For Shipped Items:
Merchandise may be returned within (14) calendar days of purchase to receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with original tags and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded -- all discounted items are final sale.
Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Pure will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the credit to be applied to your account.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please send an email to orders@hivepalmbeach.com.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time before the order is processed. Once a product has shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
PURE may cancel orders for any reason, including, but not limited to discontinued items, pricing errors, and declined credit card payments.
